Hi, new guy here. Does anyone have any good training methods to increase jumping hight and distance ?

stand on a chair with two dumbells in hand. jump off the chair (more like hop) and when you hit the ground jump up as hard and fast as you can.
Also find a line and jump with each foot (one at a time, then both) over the line for a minute or two.

power cleans, hang cleans, clean and press, snatch, deadlifts, calf raises, squats, speed squats, ATF/Full squats, heavy ab workouts.

Sounds good. I prefer this kind of training as compared to weight trainings. Thanks !

Generally, most of the explosive and leg lifts you do will help your jumping in some way. Just focus on strengtheing your butt, that is the source of explosive power. Actually, Sports illustrated recently did and series of articles of explosive football training that was realy good. check it out if you can find it.
