I maxed out on deadlift yesterday, and did 315. It's not too bad considering I just started deadlifting about 2-3 months ago. I hope to do squat on thursday

Thanks for the encouragement. Ever since i came to the forum I have been gaining a lot on everything, my effort was there but i wasn't doing much right. I am still learning a lot but I have gotten better.
