Is it just me or does protein give you really bad digestion? It seems like I am dropping the kids off by the pool 3-4 times daily.

What brand are you using? Some protein powders = digestion of doom for me. Others don't affect me.

I'm using Nitrean which tastes amazing... so I've been dealing with it.

IMO a healthy person should eliminate 3-4/day.

YES the same thing has been happening to me and it sucks cuz Im at school most of the day and I dont like going in public bathrooms..

Holto - 3 to 4 times is a LOT...1-2 is average for healthy people.

I'm not sure what you base that on.

I'm referring to philosophy that you would read in a health publication. Like a book by Sam Graci or Alive magazine. There are people in the alternative health community that believe you should elimiate after each meal.

Wow, that's kind of um..annoying lol
Well glad to know nothing is wrong with me, but Im stopping the whey shakes just to see because it's never happened to me before and I do believe it has to do with the whey/milk.

not during a cut :)

2x a day is normal for me on a cutting diet, assuming my fiber intake is where it should be.

even on a bulk, for ME, I only go 2 times a day...but its a double-flusher

either way, the OP should look at fiber intake too, as it sounds like the protein is shooting through him a bit too fast.

The first couple weeks I was on Nitrean, I was having quite a few bowel movements a day and pretty severe gas. It's since calmed down and with my diet in good order, I'm having two predicable bowel movements a day

depends, how much fiber (in grams) are you getting currently?
