Its almost 4 weeks into the football season and i've been way behind on my lifting since the begining of the season(this is my first year playing football Ive been playing hockey the last few years). I'm 6' and weigh 230, i have a good build. Just about every other lineman can bench at least 275..i can only get up 225 once...sad i know..so i was thinking about getting some vitargo cgl. My friend takes it and says that it basically rebuilds muscle faster so that you'll be fresh the next day. I'm thinking that this is great, lift a couple days a week while taking this..so that the next day i wont be too tire to have a good practice. Any suggestions/ideas?

That product is creatine. That is not what creatine does. Please read www.creatinemonohydrate.net for more information.

Get some dextrose and some whey. Mix and drink after training.

If you want results I suggest you try the Maximum Mass stack from AtLarge Nutrition. It will provide vastly superior results to the product you mentioned. The ETS in particular will help with the recovery aspect you mentioned.

^ Get this.
Then go to a brew your own beer/wine type supply store and buy a bag of dextrose for $5-10. Its a high glycemic carb that you can add to any protein shake. It will make training back to back much easier.

what. You wanna bench as much as the rest so your gonna get creatine... dude creatine wont up your bench from 225 to 275. It takes hard work. There are no short cuts. I'd recommend rewinding to last spring and start working out harder.... sounds stupid?? so does taking creatine and hoping your bench will increase 50lbs..
