Im trying to do a slow, clean bulk and whenever i have room i usually force down a peanut butter and banana sandwhich on wheat bread between meals, usually only 1 a day. is that a good idea? i live in a dorm and my inbetween meal snacks are pretty limited and these are really easy to make. other than cottage cheese i dont really know what else to eat thorughout the day in between meals

its not a very protein rich meal though...a few grams in the PB, a few grams in the bread...none if it a complete protein.
its just a carbs + fat meal.
