Hey guys here some pictures i went to the doctors today and measured in at 5"10(i guess i lost an inch since i went last) and at 190 pounds.

Just started creatine back up 3 days ago so those pictures should have no extra "buldge"


ps: yes i know my stomach is hairy hahah

Thoughts on what i need to work on? Im going to be cutting down to 170 soon for wrestling I think my pecs/abs are lacking a lot.

171 is my weightclass for the last 2 years. 160 is my dream class.

Not bad, but I'm suprised that you bench 275 and squat almost 400!

Shoulder look really good in the back double bicep pose.
