isnt vanilla ice cream fattening? and i mean bad fat.....

"Fattening" ?? Only if it makes you exceed your maintenance calories. It's loaded with processed sugars. But I sometimes throw a scoop of ice cream into my protein shakes.

Indeed. I was looking to try something less...unhealthy in my weight gain shakes. Every other ingredient is A-OK until I throw ice cream in there, lol.
