Eh, it's been a while since I've posted. I'm slowly making progress and I'm starting to see some physical changes from when I first started seriously training about 2-3 months ago. Here are two a few recent pictures of me.

Trying to maintain very low BF percentage and make almost all my weight gains off of muscle weight. So far I've gained nearly 10lbs. I know I'm still quite lean, but I've increased my daily protein intake to 100g just in supplementation not including anything I else I eat throughout the day.

As you can tell my chest is still lacking, but I'm making improvements on it... my bench has gone up 15lbs in about one month's time. I think that's decent progress.

Looking lean as hell. Keep eating and don't be scared about gaining some fat whilst getting larger - it's inevitable, regardless of what bb.com will tell ya.

15lbs PR in one month is a great gain, grats.

EDIT: Just read you relatively new to training - EAT BIG! This is the time when you get awesome gains!

Yup, keep up the good work. You're still lean - just keep on going and your size and strength will keep going up.

not trying to be rude, but are you hunching your shoulder forward in the last pic?
If so, stop! If not, work on that back and don't worry so much about bench

I was up against a railing at the beach.. lol my shoulders aren't like that naturally... they're not like that at all.
