Because 1.) I'm pretty sure I am sensitive to dairy after my bulk a few years ago when I overloaded in that food group. 2.)I would replace my whey shakes with my soy protein powder, but I hear soy isn't good for you at all. Reasons why here. (http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/03summary.htm)
But the reason I refuse to use these two products, because I'm also unsure whether one of them give me my allergic reaction and I get a rash (perioral dermatitis) around my mouth, and looks awful. Cases shown it's from food allergies, b-complex defiency, and products containing SLS (common in toothpastes and shampoos) And I avoided the SLS products, and been taking a b complex everday. But I'll stop here because I might be going off topic.
