what do you think about using ETS to workout after football practice 3 times a week? I really want to get back into the gym ...but practicing and getting better at the tecnique is in most cases more important... unless i can do both.
1. Will this product work?
2. On the reviews..they writers talk about how they can lift heavy weight withing 2 days of each other..instead of the usual week. Will this help me after a good workout so i wont be sore for practice the next day?
3. Are there better suppliments i should be taking?

If you're going to take it, you should take it every day. You absolutely will notice a difference in your recovery time and a reduction in soreness.

take it every day as it says on the bottle.

Yup. I tried to take half the dose so it would last 2 months instead of one but that didnt really work well. Just take the regular amount on the bottle. The results are amazing. I love it. As long as I have the money its a supplement I plan on buying, always.
