Is it a good source of protein?

Anybody from india tell me good alternate sources of protein powder to amway?

Eggs are a great,cheap source of protein. Make your own paneer with lowfat or nonfat milk. Lowfat,nonfat yogurt; lowfat,nonfat milk; lowfat,nonfat cheeses; soy products (if vegetarian)

If not vegetarian, go to market and get lean cuts of chicken.
