Hey guys,

Thought I'd post some pics. I feel that I'm looking ok now, have gained from 140lb to 165lb in 2-3 months, but there's still a long way to go. Getting a little bit of a belly, but I really don't mind considering I've never had a belly before in my life before now :)

I was hoping you guys could point out which parts of my body are stronger and which parts are weaker, so that you could give me some suggestions about how I could change my workout routine to accomodate this. I quite like my back, but I feel that my chest and arms need A LOT of work. Which is rather typical, considering I'd like big arms and chest, I'm still young so I'm still keen on going for the 'beach look'.

I'm also curious about what you guys would predict my bf% to be at right now? I'm considering bulking up til around 180-190, would depend on how I look once I get there... I suppose I'd better start bulking cleaner b/c the bodyfat's getting to suck a bit, I can hardly fit into my suitpants now, and that damn suit was expensive haha.

Oh yeah, sorry in advance about the armpit hair btw lol.

Jinkies is right. You don't need to improve one part over any other.

You just need to eat, train and rest.

If that's all that needs to be said, then fine. I'll keep these pictures up to refer back to for comparison's sake when I've made more gains in the future.

I'll be nice. You body look proportionate. That's a start. Improving on one muscle solely isn't going to do the job because then you're out of proportion. Just stick with a nice solid routine, eat healthy, and rest. Once you gain 10 or 20 pounds take some comparison shots and we'll go from there.

Yeah gotcha. I hear what you guys are saying by the way. After spending all the time putting those pictures together, its kind of boring to hear that I should just be doing what I'm doing. But in retrospect, its encouraging to know that I'm doing it right.

If you gained 140 to 165 in 2 months, congratulations. I started at the same weight or a few less and have had major struggles getting to 160. And I've been at it 4 months or so.

As far as with the weightlifting, just make sure you are working out hard and not missing days. You can only cheat yourself in this.

How are your lifts progressing? You should be seeing huge imporovements in all your lifts, new to this and putting on 25 lbs.
