It's been a long 2 month cut for me. took 2 weeks off while my gym has their annual maintenace. thought it'd be a good time to give my body time to recuperate. after my first week back from the gym I get sick :( so now i might take another week off.. i feel like i'm loosing muscle mass instead of fat.

here are the pics ( don't make fun of the faces i make. i'm sick gimme a break :D ! )

you squats 230 and your bench is 315. I think thats what he meant by your upperbody overpowering. Looking good though.

Back and front double bi shots look great. The back double bi would look even better if the camera were set at a higher level, since it's getting you at a bad angle.

Your arms are huge and are definitely a strong point, but they overpower your chest. Delts also look good.

Thanks for the kind words everyone.. Arms def look bigger than the rest of my body i dunno why  I also had a very bad bulk. I just ate everything in sight basically and just started learning more about the importance of Rest, nutrition and Lifting late into the bulk. Hopefully my next bulk will give me better results. :)
