Ok, so recently I have had horrible motivation problems, I never want to lift anymore, and when I force myself into the weightroom I just dont do very well, I dont wanna be there. I used to be crazy motivated, lifting was all that I wanted to do.. Ive been on a good diet, and good sleep.. I need a good pick-me-up... So I have a couple questions

1. Where can I get GOOD ephedra? I saw some links on here already but im very hesitant to buy them. Ive wasted plenty of money on ****ty ephedra.

2. What other supplements out there would give me energy similar to the way a GOOD ECA stack does?

You MIGHT be overtrained.

Have you posted up your training anywhere?

I would agree with the "built" but have no clue how much you are training.

Motivation is one of those things that is really up to you. You can try pills and such but as soon as you go off them you will be back where you where at.out that day.

My motivation stems from the after effect as the chemicals kick in and keep me happy throughout the day. And the power love the power.

this place has real ephedrine

but I agree, if you're over training, diet sucks, or you just need a short break (1-2 weeks to rest the CNS), a stimulant can't replace any of those needs.
