hello, this is my first thread on this site and the username is supose to be someoneunlikeyou not yo, but close enough. I'm new to bodybouilding, only weigh like 150lbs and am 5'10, so you can see why I want to gain poundage. I think I have a good potential body for bodybuilding and have bought the body for life book by bill phillips, have a membership to a gym, have time to go three times a week. my question is on nutrition and you guys probably eat 6 meals a day as I am, and I need some info on cheap protien shakes that I can buy at safeway. I has some weight gaining stuff already that I have to mix with 2 cups of milk, is that good? thank you
