Straight to it:

On a Diet should I: Weight train?
And If I do, do I consume whey?
Eat meat? As it has got quite a bit of fat...
Eat 6 or 5 times a day?
And what about sugar...I love that stuff
I'm 16 yrs old and 75 kg, would it make sense that I should be consuming around about 2600cals a day, and that I should go on a 4 week diet (or longer?) while taking off a couple of hundred calories every week?
Drink Gatorade?


While bulking:What are some good foods that I can eat after training (apart from whey)
What are some simple carbs that I can take in after training? Cant find any.
Do I do some cardio exercises (like I ride to school every day and my school 6kms away, so thats 12km a day.)(jogging?)
When is the best time to take in sugar?
