are you guys having any trouble mixing the creatine into milk, etc? i find a lot of it sinks to the bottom even tho i am using a blender, etc...

have u guys experienced this?

You put creatine in milk? Doesn't sound very appetizing to me.

Why are you mixing it with milk? The fat wouldn't be optimal when trying for quick absorption, assuming you're not using fat free.

I don't think it's liquid soluble...besides your stomach acids

I just put the powder straight into my mouth then take a swig of water. Its easy for me.

creatine doesn't really dissolve...which is why you want the micronized stuff so it stays suspended in the water long enough to drink it down.

Easiest way to do it. Scoop in mouth, swig or water, swallow.

I mix mine with some dextrose and a small amount of fruit juice. Generally high GI carbs will mean that your body absorbs it faster.

Don't get too caught up in it though, just make sure you are taking it ;)
