I am going on a cut, I was happy when fitday estimated my maitenence calories are about 3700/day. But its more like 3200. Anyways its extremely hard for me to not starve to death. What are some good foods with low cal?


I like fruits so that helps, but what else do you guys like to munch on when you are cutting?

nuts... crunchy veggies like carrots...beef jerky... deli meat or smoked salmon wrapped around celery and lettuce... soy chips...

after the transition phase, you might be able to eliminate the deli meat and soy chips

I never thought of the deli meat wrapped around something. I love meat so that could work. Thank you guys for your help. I forgot all about chicken.
