Current Stats:
Age: 19
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 160lbs.

Goals:
Slow bulk to 180lbs. cut bodyfat to 10%

Plan:
Daily caloric intake set at 4000 calories, use routine listed below.

3 day split MWF sets/reps
Day 1
Bench press 5/5
Shrugs 2/15
Lat pull 4/10
preacher curl 4/10
back extension 4/15

Day 2
dumbell inclince press 4/10
dumbell row 4/10
leg press 4/10
calf raise 4/20
back extension 4/10

Day 3
Squat 5/5
bench press 4/10
lat pull 4/10
preacher curl 4/10
back extension 4/15

I started a new routine, and a new diet. I'm ready to get serious and totally overhaul my body. If you have any suggestions PM them to me or post'em here, I know my workout could use a little change.

Well today was the first day I had lifted in over three months, I have to say I was a little dissapointed. I only repped 130 5 for 5 sets times on bench and I came to near failure on my second to last set of preacher curls, prohibiting me from finsihing my last set. I didn't lift as much as I thought, but I guess I should give myself credit, its like starting new again.

Man, people weren't kidding when they said this would be hard, going through a lot right now that I think is making it even harder. The routine went well this week, I still need a lot of work on my diet though. I guess all I can do is keep pushing, :)

Man, its been a crazy week, been skipping my gym sessions and my Diet has gone completely off track, looking more like a cut rather than a bulk. I am making a vow to myslef to get back on track and to eat everything in sight, I just need all the calories I can get. And I need to remained focus, no more getting of track and making excuses.
