Ok, im 6'1 190 lbs. Now ive got a little bit of a gut but not to much, just enough that u cant see my abs. Now, im currently trying to bulk up but i also want to get rid of that fat around my stomach. Should eat more or eat less? Ive been trying to eat high protein foods that are low in fat but still only manage to get about 100 grams of protein in a day, is that enough?

bulk, then cut. dont worry aobut those abs. its almost winter so you can cover the fat up with sweaters until spring rolls around. then you can cut as much as you want.

i would try to get more protein.. i guess that makes me a hypocrit

No, 100 g of protein is NOT enough. The recommended minimum is 1 g / lb LBM. Probably around 160 g minimum for you. Why are you set on eating low fat foods? Fat doesn't make you fat - excess eating does. There is actually a minimum amount of fat you should be consuming: about 0.5 g/ lb LBM. For you, about 80 g.

As for eating more or less, that's up to you. Do you want to get bigger or smaller? Pick one and stick with it for a while.
