Person A is 280lbs (15 percent bf) and is eating 280 grams of protein to maintain his LBM.
Person B is 300lbs (30+ precent bf)...should he be eating 300 grams?
Would it be optimal to say to eat 1 gram per lbs of LBM? I ask this for all the fat people out there (Myself included). Or would it be best to just eat the 300 grams of protein and worry more about total calories? (This person is obviously try to cut, not bulk)
