its basically whey protein for those unsure.
Is it good to take some of this before bed? the directions say so but i dont think there's much point.
Forgive me i'm quite ignorant on these issues.
Would it be better having it with skimmed milk for instance? that way it will be absorbed slower by my body i'm told...
by the way i'm currently cutting.
