Got some way to go yet , triceps, biceps and chest weakest area so might experiment with the "priority principle". Sorry about the poor quality, battery is totally rottened, havent bothered replacing it in ages

looking decent as far as size goes. maybe get something to take care of the body acne? just a thought.

Ohh you noticed it then too! Its been happing for about a month now, ever since i started creatine. My dad mentions it too, but says its gone down more since recently, I am taking 5g creatine daily, so might give it a rest for a week or so, better to be safe ya think

Nice back + bi shot! When you're doing the chest and bi shot you shouldn't roll your shoulders forward and slouch like that. Keep your chest up and pushed out.

Also, do you have legs?
