Easy chicken recipe

Here is a good and very easy chicken dish. While shopping buy a bag of some kind of blend of veggies. I go with the Zucchini and squash blend. Marinate a chicken breast(s) in Fat Free Italian dressing or no time then just cover the chicken breast with it. Bake at 350 for about 25-30 min...while that is baking cook veggies. Cut up chicken breast and add to veggies, then cover in more Fat f ree italian dressing. Sooo easy and is good and healthy.

I put chicken on the foreman grill, dab butter and salt on it after it's done, and eat.

haha...come on man...bake a chicken breast and mic some frozen veggies...top with dressing...I may try the butter idea...but I wonder if Promise would work as well
