Supsup, been bulking 2 months and have hit about 17%BF, thinking it's time to cut and lean up, at least till 10% where i can begin bulking again. I know a lot of peeps would say that two months is far too short a cut, and in many respects i would agree. But that's what i'm gonna do. Few questions:

-How much fat should i be looking to lose each week, whilst minimising muscle loss?

-How many sesh's of HIIT could i potentially incorporate each week?

-What should my diet look like? Fat:Protein:Carb ratios, which types etc

Read built cutting sig.

The larger the deficiet of cals, the more chance for muscle/strength loss.

HIIT isnt necessary really at the higher bf%'s, and 2 months is too short to cut.

Nonetheless Gl and maybe use search fucntion a tad more.
