I'm 17, I play lacrosse, and I work out like hell. I am 5'7 149 and I want to bulk up I try to get atleast 150g of protien a day and with the money I make working part time I usually eat a bar and a shake once a day but other than that it is hard for me to get enough protien. The esiest and cheapest way it seems to be is McDonalds or Wendys, I know its got a ton of fat but I usually burn it off...any thoughts?
