So its time, the bulk was extremely successful probley putting on about 10 lbs of LBM in 2-3 months. now its time to shed the fat, i am around 18.5% BF.
My plan was to do what everyone does, raise fats, raise protiens, lower carbs, lower overall calories. i know what my maintanance is from the amount of food not really marcos, so i know how much to take off, prob 500-750 cals lower. lifting 4 times a week heavy, HIIT or other conditioning 2 times a week, more if needed. I have a few questions.
i want to keep my carbs to vegetables with less fruit then i usually eat and trying to stay away from starches cept for hte weekend or a cheat, where can i find cans of vegys i can eat in the morning / take to school??
i planned on upping my protien intake to preserve muscle, this is correct?
i want 2 lbs per week, this seems resonable as my last cut was like 3 lbs per week and i didnt bomb till i was like 60 lbs down. i want to lose 20-25 lbs but my estimates are probley off.
heres a sample of the diet i would follow.
6:30 - 3 whole eggs, can of vegys, 1 scoop nitrean in water
10-11 - either tuna or pb on wheat bread, can vegys, water
2:30 - 1 scoop nitrean in water, 2 tbps natty pb
6:30 - 1 scoop nitrean in water, what ever is for dinner, meat and vegys
post bed - 1 scoop nitrean in water
to much protien from powder???? thats about 96 grams from nitrean.
