Sorry if they're a little big, anyone have any idea how to scale these down?

tried to find some from before bulking and then more recent.

My critique

Legs: honestly, they look about the same to me...squats and deads have gone way up though
Chest: seems to be bigger
Shoulders: seem to be bigger, traps a little better but still need work
Back: I'm most proud of this...looks better to me

any comments/advice is welcome.

Nice work there. Definitely looking bigger and better. Arms, delts and chest have improved a lot.

looking good. You seem to have not added much fat. Keep on bulking. whats your goal weight for the end of the bulk

Your back is looking great. Your lats have really taken off (I assume you've been doing heavy BB rows?). 30 lbs in 4-5 months is fantastic progress, especially since you didn't gain much fat. Do you have any idea what weight you're going to cut down to after you hit 200?

yeah, I started doing a lot of heavy BB Rows and weighted pullups

I'm hoping to only have to cut down to about 180-185 and have a low bf%

I'm actually okay with my legs not getting much better...I've always hated how big they were so as long as my lifts keep going up I'm fine with their size

Looking great! I can notice some improvement in the legs, but frankly, if your seeing gains in strength then that is all that really matters! Chest, delts, and back are showing huge improvements.

Looks awesome! Cant wait to see you cut!

u know what dude, fat gain looks pretty low, thats tremendous, was it clean?

hell no...I've never been able to do a clean bulk. I kept it as clean as possible, if I had to estimate I'd say it's been about 75% clean and 25% dirty here and there with ordering pizza, chinese, grabbin some fast food, and drinking every once in awhile.

Looking good man !!!! Clean bulk and not much fat added.....I think you made great progress in the delt area....arms could be worked on some more..overall excellent job....you should reach your goal of 200 no problem....

for those that say my arms are lagging, any advice?

Currently my split is: lower, upper, off, lower, upper, off, off

on my upper days I'll do a few direct biceps exercises, but most of my bi work comes from heavy underhand rowing and weighted chins

should I throw in an arm day by itself, or what?

Mikey, great progress, especially with such minimal fat gain. I say keep bulking for a while yet - you honestly can afford to put on some more weight, even. Back has had great improvements and the calves have good definition, even if they haven't grown a lot.

Yeah man, if I were you, I'd keep on that bulk untill I really noticed considerable fat gain. Those were some clean 30 pounds. Great work.

As for advice I would say your traps could use some more size. Your lats have improved a lot.

You have the same type of birthmark on your back as I do. I think of it as the mark of ... eh... something good. Nice improvement. That is all.

King you have an awesome physique and a ****load of potential. I'm jealous of your mid-section and shape of your chest. I will hopefully be at your bf by the end of winter.

Thanks everyone! I'm gonna continue bulking til Thanksgiving and then start cutting Dec. 1st.

I got sick and lost about 4lbs...I'm battling to get up to 200 though, only 5 more lbs to go.
