Im a skinny, 5'10 135 lbs, aiming for 170 by March.
Started lifting last week. Gained somewhere between 4-5 lbs since I started.
Id say daily caloric intake is between 3000-3300
Today was a pretty normal day.
3153 cals
fat 105g (29%)
carbs 401g (47%)
protein 199g (24%)
Is this okay? I think Im getting enough cals and protein according to everything ive read... Seem to be adding weight, hopefully not the wrong kind. ;)
