Im a skinny, 5'10 135 lbs, aiming for 170 by March.

Started lifting last week. Gained somewhere between 4-5 lbs since I started.

Id say daily caloric intake is between 3000-3300

Today was a pretty normal day.

3153 cals
fat 105g (29%)
carbs 401g (47%)
protein 199g (24%)

Is this okay? I think Im getting enough cals and protein according to everything ive read... Seem to be adding weight, hopefully not the wrong kind. ;)

Yeah, you take more protein than I do. You'll get there at the rate your eating. You can stand to see another 10 pounds in the next month.

Diet looks good. The weight can be anything really - water loss, empty stomach, empty bowels etc.

Don't weigh yourself every day - you'll drive yourself insane! It's normal for your weight to fluctuate. Try measuring once a week, in the morning, after using the toilet and before eating anything. That is probably the best measurement you will get.

You should be gaining less than 4-5 lbs per week. You should be looking for 1-2 lbs per week. 4-5 lbs is just going to make you fat.
