I'm 21 years old, 190 lbs, and around 12% body fat. I have been lifting on and off for three years now, just this year started with a clean diet and adaquete sleep schedule. I am planning doing this beginner cycle for my first cycle.

Weeks 01-10 500mg Test E - two injections per week @ 250mg
Weeks 11-12 Maintain clean diet and lifting
Weeks 13-14 40mg Nolvadex per day
Weeks 15-18 20mg Nolvadex per day
10mg a day until you feel normal again

How many lbs can I expect to gain from this cycle with a clean diet? Also, Would you guys recommend adding Clomid in with this cycle or would it not be necessary? Thanks for the feedback!

If you have been lifting on and off for 3 years, and only really have one year of solid training under your belt, it's not time for anabolics, yet. You'll gain much, much more if you wait until you've got a more solid base built, and really know to dial your training and diet in.

I'm with Paul. First, explode your genetics with a minimum of 3 years in a row training hard, eating right and get plenty of sleep.

So what's to say you're dedicated enough now if it's only been a little while you've been really regular about working out?

take it slow, good things come to those who wait. I would also recommend educating yourself about anabolics.
