Is my Macronutrient Breakdown sufficient enough to lose fat and not much muscle with?

im Currently

5ft 8in / 178cm
15yo
83Kg/ 185lb
and around a 14-16% bf.

I want to get down to 10%bf

Some quick CC will be welcome because i am planning to make final adjustments tonight, and start tomorrow.

I think the best advice for you is to look into calorie cycle and Ketonic Dieting and see if any of them are for you. Certainly you will shed bodyfat eating under maintanence but the diets are designed to help you holld onto LBM.

Regarding what you have though, I would recommended lowering carbohydrates and bumping fat levels up higher, also consider splitting fats and carbs.

i dont want to lose any LBM.. and am willing to go slow in order to save as much muscle as possible..
after all i only need/want to lose like 4kg.. which is doable with 500cal under maintainance/week for 8-9 weeks..
