Hey, I just bought a jar of Smucker's Natural Peanut Butter for the first time (gotta get off of that Skippy's stuff) and I've had it sitting in the fridge all day. When I took it out to stir it, there seemed to be a lot of liquid in the mix. Am I supposed to drain this liquid, stir it even more, or is that just how it's supposed to be?

That is just oil from the peanuts. Stir it up and eat away.

Hydrogentated fat is added to PB so that doesnt happen. We dont want that kind of fat. (or at least not alot of it)

That liquid is oil, and it's good for you. Don't drain it! It'll be so dry if you do. Stir it in really well and then store it upside down, eat and enjoy.

and if you refrigerate the peanut butter after stirring it up, it won't seperate again
