Almonds I believe are the most nutrient packed, but all nuts are good.

I like walnuts and especially pecans because they are the most fat dense.
almonds, cashews and others have their fat but also have carbs, protein.

Almonds would be my all round winner for protein and mono-unsaturated fat content.
Walnuts are a decent source of EFAs.
But really all nuts are good for you, choose whichever you prefer the taste of or a mix. You could also try some seeds if you haven't already, they are similarly high in both protein and healthy fats. Pumpkin and hemp would be excellent choices.
