Hey fellas -
Goin on week2 and everything is great. Muscles nice and soar and moving forward.
I'm 5'11, 160lbs.. and figured my BMR to be 1750 or so. Tried to put together a CLEAN diet that will help build some mass.
Any suggestions you have would be GREATLY appreciated -
Here is an average daily routine for me:
Breakfast:
4 egg whites, 2 eggs with 2 pieces of whole wheat bread
1 carnation instant breakfast w/milk to drink
Pre-Lunch:
Chicken breast/Hamburger on roll, with water and mixed veggies
Next:
Protien Shake w/Milk
Pre-Dinner:
Chicken / Turkey sliced on wheat bread with tomatoe
1 carnation insta-breakfast w/milk to drink
Dinner:
Chicken/Turkey/Red Meat dish w/water
Late night:
whole wheat bread with lots of natty peanut butter
w/big glass of milk
Am I on the right track? Do you think this will be ok to put on some mass? I've done it for about two weeks now and feel amazing.. before this I ate like 2x a day.
