I tried doing a search and I wasn't able to get a clear answer to the question, should I consume the same calories I do for my bulk on the weekend? I am currently taking in about 4,000 cals a day, should I continue this on the weekend? Even though I am getting less exercise?

yes you should - your body is still repairing from previous workouts. you grow the most when you rest

Thanks David, thats what I was thinking just making sure. When reading some articles on excess calories and not burning them off along with carbs and such I was worried that I would be putting on too much fat.
