I just had this postworkout and i gotta say it tasted damn good! perfectly clean and would work on a cut or bulk just matters on how much you use, for me since im cutting..

9 oz tuna in olive oil DRAINED
1 cup of what ever rice u have mine was leftover with peas and peppers
2 hard boiled eggs chopped up

wow awesome! now this is the only starch i will have all day (rice) but man i am full! marcos..

about 700 calories
about 30 grams carbs
about 60 grams protien
about 30ish grams fat?

estimating these, but its sweet!

You would of benefitted from higher carbs, nearly 100-120 g carbs would of been much better. Remember PWO is glycogen refuel time.

i know, but im cutting risk lol and im doing it sort of PSMF style, iono how many carbs is in 1 cup of rice.

About 70 in a 190g serve, PSMF is brutal - but your body needs more carbs PWO than any other time, just cut carbs at another meal :)
