I am currently fairly big and want to be a lot bigger and was wondering can anybody give me a list of foods or even a diet plan to become a lot bigger it would be appreciated

beef, beans, cheese, chicken, tuna, turkey, eggs, milk, whey protein, pasta, bread

don't forget your fruits and veggies

To get big, gots to eat big.

Aim for 3000 cals a day with at least 1 g/lbm of protein and 0.5 g/lbm of fat. Fill the rest with carbs,pro,fat.

I am of the belief carbs are essential in a bulk. If you are having trouble making the cals, start adding olive oil to everything.
