Would ytou guys recommend your suppliments for martial artists or would you say you aim mainly for the body building market?

If you would what would you recommned and how would it help?

First things first.

Supplements will not help if your diet is not solid. And by solid, I mean 90% of your meals are perfect. If this is not the case, I highly suggest you sort that out first.

However, if you're one of the very few who have a solid diet, I would suggest two products.

ETS - this will help recovery, reduce soreness, etc.

Nitrean - it's a protein powder that will make things a little more convenient when you're pressed for time and need food.
