Just crushed the scales at 271 pounds. No GH used, 4 large protein filled meals a day, lots o milk with each meal, and 420 pounds for reps on the squat rack.

My wheels are in previous posts...and I have been cycling since the invention of the wheel, however, I don't use any chemicals anymore, especially anything illegal. I only use protein and over the counter legal supplements.
I have been using less weight and more reps for the past 3 months, I feel great but my cardio is lacking.
