Hey dudes

I don't Usually post in here but I was excited about this. Today I deadlifted 325 twice and I know I could've done it at least once more. :clap:

Pry don't seem much to u guys! Is for me tho.

Just felt like telling somone.

Nice job! As long as you are improving then its it great. The weight might not be much for some but it is for others. Everybody has to start somewhere. Start there and work your way up. Keep the PR's coming and then you can look back and remember that what was once hard is now your warm up weight. ;)

Regardless of weight, a PR is a PR.
