What would be the maximum amount of protein your body can digest/intake at any one time? I'm more specifically thinking of the amount of protein I'm taking immediately after my workout. Obviously say 100 grams seems ridiculously too high, but would 24 grams be enough, or is there a happy medium? I'm sure it varies on the person but is there a general rule of thumb?
