what kind of foods might be the best option in different takeaway restaurants such as chinese, pizza places etc.

its probably wise to avoid, but sometimes its nice to endulge in a chinese as thats my fave food.

what should i look for on the menu?? chicken foo yung? plenty of protein in that.

As long as it's only 'sometimes' then what does it matter? Order whatever you want and enjoy every bite! I eat out at least once a week on date night and knock back entire orders of perogies, cheesecake, eggrolls, chicken parmigiana with garlic bread and cheese and a side of spaghetti in meat sauce with a caesar salad to start, some form of schnitzel or other, whatever catches my attention is inhaled... know how much I've gained? 0. One meal does nothing to affect your physiology.
