I am 6ft and weigh about 182 lbs. How many calories/carbs/fats should i be taking in each day to gain muscle (not fatty weight)???

Impossible to say without knowing how much you are eating now and if it's making you gain or not.

There is no formula for determining maintenance calories. It must be tracked.

Pulling numbers from thin air:

2200-2700 cals per day

80 Grams of fat per day = 720 cals
170 Grams of protein = 680 cals

Fill in the rest of your daily calories with carbs, fat or protein.

currently i am eating like a bird...i eat alot but not often...today for instance i had cereal with whole milk about 8am...turkey sub with cheese and mayo about 2pm....and supper will be at about 6pm (not sure what)

i figured that if I can change my intake to about 3000 cals...350 carbs...100g of fat and 175+ g of protein it should work..if not then i would increase the numbers...

my other problem is....i work all day and dont know what times or what I should be eating :eek:

Pick a number. Try to hit it exactly each day and evaluate the way in which your body changes.
