I can't decide :)

I'm at 106% of my calorie cieling for the day - but only at 87% of my minimum protein intake. I'm on a diet to clean bulk - slow bulk gain while trimming fat.

Eat the extra protein or just go to sleep?

ARGH can't decide ;)

I'd say go to sleep it is probably not that big of a deal. And maybe plan better. :)

1 day doesn't mean much. Do whatever you want. In 4-5 weeks this one day won't make a difference.
