I got really depressed because my grandfather is ill and haven't lifted in 3 weeks. Haven't done much cardio either but my diet has been spot on.

I'm gonna do a workout tomorrow and then make a video of myself posing just for the piss. Then I can use it later for comparison.

I'm really proud of myself for dropping those inches. I used to be embarrassed because most stores don't carry 40, the highest is 38. Now I bet I could fit into them perfectly. :)

Keep up the attitude in the last paragraph and you are going to be one lean machine eventually. Take it in steps... Shoot for 38 jeans, then 36... Each of those are mile stones and a wonderful feeling.
