Mix together 1 box of intant pudding mix and 1 box of jello . Choose flavor which are compatable. add 1 can of crushed pineapple with the juice --stir add half of a large contaner of small curd cottage cheese -- stir Add 8 to 12 ounce contaner of whip topping , defrosted . Chill at least 2 hours in refrigerator. I used lemon flavor for mine. I think it might be a little better to toss in the blender for a few sec's just to make it smoother . You can alter it as you wish might use freash pineapple and lowfat pudding and jello mixs. some sweetend with splenda .
