View Full Version : Good Way to BULK???

I am somewhat new to this whole bulk diet. I am 6ft 175lbs. For the past week or so I have been aiming for 3000 cals...100 g fat....350 carbs...175+g protein. Im not sure if there are better numbers I should be working with? And also how often and what would be a good example of things/times to eat per day. My goal at the end of the bulk is 195.

Eat when you can. Alot of people find it easier to spread meals out over the day. Things to eat, just read the "what a bodybuilder eats" thread. Track your cals and weight, see what happens. If you need to increase cals then do it.

Yeah that looks like a good place to start. If your not gaining eat more.
