Comments are welcommed. But n00bish curl form comments are not. thank you for your understanding. :) I train for power. So after my strict bi curling. I do heavy power curling to improve explosiveness. Thats the best answer ur gonna get from me.

love the facial expressions. I would call the second mil press 155x1.5.
good pressing

If so.. I would say you have a hole in your ceiling that needs work.. lol
PS.. Great job.. you are improving fast.. nice back exercise on those curls too!

nice, and that 155 mil press was definitely a 1.75, if u had pushed for another 1.5 seconds u would have had it!! it was so close! congrats on the pr!

Hill - Thnks dude! :) Its those squats! Must be! :p
Getfit - Thnks! :)
Risk - Cheers dude. Push presses have helped alot. I owe it to them!
Stump - Tar dude! :D Gotta get even bigger and stronger tho! ;)
Chris - Thnks very much man! Gotta get 180 soon enough! :p
cphafner - I can understand your point. But I was not rounding, arching, or puling my back in any odd angle. Power curls were basically reverse power cleans. Thanks for stopping by.
Chris - Thanks man!

Just be careful, bro. All it takes is 1 time and you could be out of the game for a while. Nice job on the military, but I would recommend working on slowing it down on the negative portion.

Less momentum use......more muscle use to avoid injury.
