Awesome. I did 415 tonight, which was a PR for me. Feels so good.

Great job! I did 415 for the 1st time a few weeks ago and I knew I had more in me.

I probably had more if I didn't do so many other heavy reps before. I was pretty dang worn by the time I got to 415. I fully expect to do 450+ by x-mas.

Very impressive, you guys will be at 500 in no time! How long did it take you guys to break the 400 lb mark? I've been lifting for 2 months and am 6ft 155 lbs and I want to try to break 400 within the next 3 months! My latest PR is 3x300.

About 18 months, but been dieting to lose weight, so it depends. If you are eating then gains will be nice and you can get there.

I just started doing deads in March and I've been cutting since April so my gains have not been where they should be. I'm starting my bulk next week so I predict some real good progress in the next few months.

Lou,

I'll give you 20 lbs on your deadlift if you give me 20 lbs on my bench. ;)

You just started doing deads in March and you've made this kind of progress during a six month cut?

HOLY CRAP!

Good job! You're obviously doing something right. Whatever it is, keep it up.

Yeah, I think I just have a great build for deads, long legs-long arms-short torso, I can't wait to see what I do on this bulk.:D

I've really changed it up within the last few weeks, I was coventional squatting every week for a while, now I'm switching it up with good mornings, box squats, bands and the like.

Cool Lou..
Don't forget to change the sets/reps up too.
A couple of WOs with 5x5, a couple of 20 rep WOs, some westside.. we walk on the legs everyday.. they get bored with the same ole' thing.

I hear you, in the new workout I made I now change my rep schemes every week. I've never done the 20 rep squat thing but I plan on incorporating that as well.

Wow! Just 7 months of DLing? Nice PR but the 7 month thing makes it all the more incredible. Nice work Lou!

Well, that's exactly why we work out, right? To get stronger than the rest, and the stronger guys motivate us, I guess you were just trying to motivate him to get stronger, nothing wrong with that!...;)
