I picked this up at the grocery store the other day. There is 1230mg omega-3 per tablespoon. I'm using this to replace olive oil.

As Built commonly points out flax is a goitrogen. (*shudders*)
Does it contain flax?
Built: if you read this what is your take on the seeds?

Nope, it's a mixture of canola, soy, and olive oils.

That's a really questionable makeup of oils IMHO.

Since we're talking about Smart Balance, I was wondering what everyone's/anyone's opinion of it was? Not even this new "Omega", just regular Smart Balance.
